For security, ShareFile only supports secure FTPS transfers, which are sent over SSL/TLS, and not SFTP transfers, which are sent over SSH. Generally by default the FTPS port is 990, but incase it’s different you need to mention it with other credentials.
You can connect to ShareFile using an implicit SSL/TLS connection (port 990).
